Curious? Let Us Know!

Montessori playgroup is a nurturing environment designed for children aged 0 to 3 years, where they can engage in purposeful play and exploration. It follows Montessori principles, emphasizing independence, self-discovery, and a love for learning. Parents also have the opportunity to connect, learn about Montessori education, and share their parenting experiences in a supportive community.

Your child will benefit from a Montessori playgroup in various ways. They will develop essential life skills such as problem-solving, concentration, and fine motor skills through hands-on activities. Socially, they will learn to interact with peers and develop self-confidence. Additionally, exposure to a Montessori environment at an early age can instill a lifelong love for learning.

Parents actively participate in playgroup sessions. While children engage in activities, parents can connect with one another, discuss Montessori principles with the Montessori guide, and share insights into their parenting journey. It's a space for learning, sharing, and building a supportive community.

Our playgroup sessions are led by a certified Montessori expert with more than 10 years of experience in early childhood education. They facilitate the activities, guide parents, and ensure that the Montessori philosophy is integrated into the sessions.

Yes, each playgroup session follows a carefully structured routine that balances periods of focused activity with opportunities for social interaction, snacks, and free play. This routine helps create a stable and engaging environment for the children.

Children are exposed to a variety of age-appropriate Montessori activities. These may include sensorial exploration, practical life tasks, language development, and creative expression. Activities are designed to encourage independence, problem-solving, and fine and gross motor skills development.

Enrolling your child is easy. Simply visit our website, select the available playgroup session that suits your schedule, and follow the registration process. We look forward to welcoming your child.

Our playgroups are open to children aged 0 to 3 years. We cater to a wide range of developmental stages within this age group. We offer 3 playgroups: for babies (0-9 months), for infants (9-18 months), and for toddlers (18 months - 3 years).

We encourage parents to bring snacks for their children, as it allows for a familiar and comfortable eating routine. Additionally, we provide a selection of fruits during certain activities that kids can enjoy. We also allocate a designated snack time during the session, ensuring that your child has the opportunity to refuel and stay energized.

Absolutely! Parents with multiple children within the age range of 0 to 3 years are more than welcome to attend. Siblings can engage in activities together and socialize with peers.

While we understand the desire for both parents to participate, our playgroup sessions are designed to provide an optimal learning environment for your child. To ensure a comfortable and focused atmosphere for all children and parents, we encourage one parent or guardian to attend with the child during each session. This helps us manage limited space and maintain a conducive learning environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating the best experience for everyone involved.

We understand that scheduling can vary, and family dynamics differ. You are welcome to decide which parent or guardian attends each session based on your availability and preferences. There are no requirements to have the same parent attend all the sessions. Feel free to switch as needed to make the most of your experience and accommodate your family's schedule. We aim to provide flexibility to ensure your participation is as convenient as possible.

Please dress your child in comfortable, play-appropriate clothing. We recommend layers for flexibility, as activities may involve various indoor activities. Don't forget to bring a change of clothes just in case.

We have simple guidelines in place to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants:

  1. Punctuality: Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth start for everyone. Sessions begin promptly and late arrivals can disrupt the group.
  2. One Adult per Child: Each child should be accompanied by only one adult to maintain a manageable group size and ensure quality interaction.
  3. Supervision: Parents are responsible for supervising their own children at all times. Stay close to your child and engage with them throughout the session.
  4. Respect the Environment: Treat the Montessori environment with care. Encourage children to handle materials gently and with respect.
  5. Clean Up: After using any materials, ensure they are returned to their designated place. This helps maintain order and teaches children responsibility.
  6. Hygiene: If a child puts any materials in their mouth, please remove them from the environment and place them in the designated cleaning area.
  7. Quiet Voices: Use quiet, calm voices to maintain a peaceful atmosphere conducive to learning and concentration.
  8. No Personal Toys: Please do not bring personal toys to the playgroup as they can be distracting and may not align with the Montessori materials.
  9. Participation: Engage in discussions and activities. Share your experiences and learn from others, making the most of the collaborative learning environment.
  10. Respect Others: Be considerate of other children and adults. Encourage children to share and take turns with materials.
  11. Healthy Snacks Only: If you bring a snack for your child, ensure it is healthy and nut-free to accommodate any allergies within the group.
  12. Phones on Silent: Keep mobile phones on silent to avoid disruptions. If you need to take a call, please step outside.
  13. Illness Policy: If you or your child are unwell, please stay home to prevent spreading illness to others in the group.
  14. Feedback: Feel free to provide feedback or suggestions to improve our playgroup sessions. Your input is valuable to us.

Parents stay with their children during the playgroup sessions. This encourages bonding and allows parents to actively engage in their child's learning experience.

Yes, there is a fee associated with reserving a slot for each playgroup session. You can find detailed pricing information on our website, including any special offers or package deals.

While you're welcome to bring toys or materials that your child enjoys, we provide a wide range of Montessori-inspired activities and materials that are carefully selected to align with our curriculum. These activities are designed to support your child's development and learning journey.
